We are a Singapore-based company that focuses on the most important thing in the economic of a nation – you.
We specialize in talent sourcing from Indonesia where contrary of what many people believe still have bright minds and talents that are very much needed in Singapore. As what few people have said it, unpolished diamonds are worth investing in, and that is exactly what we are doing.
We aim to give the opportunity to as many people as possible, to those that not only possess the talent and skills, but also have the drive to success and to make a difference. We are giving supports and assistances through many means so that the right people can go ahead and focus on becoming better without being dragged behind by any other reasons. We will help you through it.
Recent concern has risen up on a “brain drain” on Indonesia. Some people will mistakenly assume that we are condoning it. However our end-goal is exactly the opposite; we are trying to nourish Indonesian talents to gain overseas experience (live, work, attitude, among other things) that is proved useful in making a step forward. We would hope someday these experiences will help propel Indonesia forward as a nation.
Indo Flair is founded by Indonesians that have passions for Indonesia, have lived in Singapore for some time, and have benefited from the wide range of experiences in living and working in Singapore. We believe that such experiences shouldn’t be reserved for the few lucky ones, but should be made accessible for everyone that is cut out for it.
