This program is conceived after feedbacks that we have over our “TakeMYRisk” program. We designed this program for those who are unable to join our “TakeMYRisk” program for whatever reason.
From time to time we will have updates on the current job openings around Singapore. These openings will be referred to our friends who are in our “TakeMYRisk” program and are still jobless.
There are times however that there are no suitable candidates within our current roster and we will need to pass the information along to a bigger group of people, to find the right candidate.
This is where we will activate our pool of resources from the “CallME” program. We will shortlist suitable candidates and contact them. If you are the right person we will arrange to have you work and migrated to Singapore.
In order to be successful in this program you will need to have a specialized skill that few or even none of the locals (Singaporean) and PRs have. Logically companies will exhaust their locals and PRs shortlist before they are willing to up their expenses by getting you in.
Note however that this is not under Landed Permanent Residence (LPR) status. You will not have the benefits as a PR while you are living and working in Singapore. If you got laid off for any reason by the company you are working at there is a risk that you will have to be migrated back to Indonesia.
If you are unable to join the “TakeMYRisk” program, and are confident that you hold a specialized skill that nobody or no-one else has, please let us know and we will have you included in the “CallME” list.
