1. How do you determine the length and percentage of the bond?
It will be based on your risk assessment during your application. Your risk assessment will involve many variables such as your degree, skills, grades, personality types, industry, timing, among many others. Logically it won't be fair to those with superb skills and talents if they are paying the same amount as those without any skill!

2. How do you calculate the risk?
We have an actuary that will help us with the complicated calculation.

3. I can't find a job until my LPR expired, do I have to pay anything?
No. Our program is completely risk-free.

4. What is my accommodation like in Singapore?
You will be housed in one of our housing facilities. Up to two/three persons in the same room (same gender) depending on your request.

5. Do you have a job for me?
NO! We can't stress enough on this. Our program helps people get their LPR, which enable them to be employable in Singapore! In this program you will need to come to Singapore once you got your LPR approved WITHOUT any job yet! However if you are accepted to this program, there is a good chance that you will succeed or else Indo Flair will suffer great financial losses. This is the only requirement on your part to get a chance to migrate to Singapore! Make yourself available and devote some time in Singapore. If you are looking for a really safe opportunity, this is not for you.

6. Why do you use percentage of salary, not a fixed amount, for the payback? That way I will still pay the same amount even though I got a pay rise!
We use percentage point because that benefits you more! We don't want you to worry about the minimum salary that you have to get in order to pay us back! Think about it for a second. In order to convert the LPR to PR, you just have to get "any" job! Do you want to miss that opportunity just because you have to pay us back?!

7. Why do I need to join TakeMYRisk? Can't I just use social visit visa to look for a job?
Yes you can try to look for a job using Social Visit Visa, however you will be considered as a 2nd grade job-seeker (unless you have a very specialized talent! no no, programmer, accountant, admin, HR, and much more not included) resulting in lower pay (c'mon basic logic, why would they want to hire you if they can hire the same without hassle of "importing" you in unless you are cheaper to recruit?), and not to mention it is much more difficult to find one using Social Visit Visa compared to using LPR. So why don't you join our program, get LPR, get the standard rate salary for your job, and you actually got a job! Simple example: if you work as a programmer, by using a Social Visit to apply for a job, most of the time you will be getting S$1800 (lowest amount to "import" someone in). By joining our program, you might be able to get as high as S$3000, because you are paid by a standard rate, and minus the percentage that you need to pay Indo Flair back, you can still get S$2400 - S$2700. And you actually have a job now! Let us know if there is any flaw in the logic!
