NOTE: many people wrote to us with a misunderstanding of what kind of service that we provide. So here it is, we are helping people to get their LPR! And in turns enable them to find and get a job in Singapore! We DON'T have a job for you yet if you are not a PR. Most of our clients prefer PR or locals compared to foreigner (for a very obvious reason!). So, due to the large number of applications that we received, please make sure that you want to be included in “TakeMYRisk” program before you mail in your application, which requires you to take the step forward and come to Singapore, armed with LPR, even before you got a job!
Remember though, if we accepted you to the program, there is a good chance that you will found a job in Singapore after you got your LPR! Otherwise Indo Flair will suffer great financial losses! Generally this program equips you for the longer term.
For those uninitiated: LPR stands for Landed Permanent Residence - a status where you have been approved in-principle for a Singapore PR. If you hold an LPR, most of the time you will be converted to a "full" PR by getting a full time job! After you get your PR you will be considered as good as Singaporean in terms of your residential status.
This is our signature program in Indo Flair. We believe every opportunity is associated with risk, and that same risk might be the only stumbling block for you to realize your potentials and dreams. With “TakeMYRisk” program Indo Flair is willing to go the extra mile and help minimize your risk for you.
No doubt a decision on (try to) migrating and living in Singapore is associated with a big risk – financial one if not the rest. That is why we tailored this program to exactly deal with this issue.
The easiest way to be able to have the chance to work in Singapore is through the Landed Permanent Residence (LPR) scheme, where you will get a pre-approved Permanent Residence (PR) status pending certain conditions. This however comes with a hefty application fee.
In this program we will make sure you have the chance to work in Singapore through one of the fastest channel (LPR) without having to pay a single cent upfront.
The only requirement to join this program is to hold a bachelor degree, have a good command of English and hold a valid passport.
We will provide you with the financial assistance on the following:
- LPR application fee. This ranges from S$1,000 – S$2,000 depending on your current status.
- Accommodation service that you will need during your time in Singapore while you are trying to find a job for a maximum of 12 months or 24 months depending on your LPR conditions. This ranges from S$10,000 – S$20,000.
- Flight ticket to Singapore. This ranges from S$200 – S$400.
- Any other expenses associated with LPR application (e.g. medical check-up, x-rays, and so on). This ranges from S$200 – S$1,000.
The bottom-line is we want you to stay focused on what you are supposed to do – finding a job – without ever have to worry about any other thing.
In return we will need you to be “bonded” with Indo Flair for a period of time. During this time you will be required to contribute a certain percentage of your monthly salary for Indo Flair’s continuity on executing this program. Both variable (period of time and percentage) will be determined based on your risk assessment.
With this program the only reason people say no to living and working in Singapore is just themselves.
Example on how this program works: you send your required documents (see faq) to us. We will then process and determine whether you are accepted into the program, and if you are we, will send you a detailed agreement including the percentage and the period of your bond (see faq). Should you accept the terms and conditions we will begin the process of your LPR application. The approval process usually takes around 2-3 months. When your LPR application is accepted we will let you know and ask you to come to Singapore. At this time you will be housed in one of our apartment. After you got your LPR, you can start to look for a job in Singapore, and since you hold an LPR it will be MUCH easier for you to get a job in Singapore! We will help you find a job (refer you to our clients) BUT the main responsibility of getting a job still lies with you!
Assuming after 4-5 months you got a job with a salary of S$3,000 per month, based on your initial agreement, you will need to pay us a certain amount of your salary every month. for example if in your agreement we stated that it will be 15% for 30 months that means you will need to pay us S$450 of your monthly salary to us for 30 months. You might think it is much but please compare it with risk that we put in to bring you into Singapore, the risk that you can't get a job! In any case you will still earn S$2,550 every month in those 30 months! Compare this with your salary in Indonesia. This will be the ONLY amount that you will need to pay back to us. It doesn't matter how short or long it took you to find a job! Even if it took you 24 months to find a job, you don't have to pay anything more to us!
Assuming after your LPR expired (12 or 24 months) you still can't get a job, you will need to go back to Indonesia WITHOUT paying a single cent! We will bear the total cost of your application and your accomodation of around S$15,000 - S$25,000! The S$450 a month above doesn't sound too much right now, huh?
